​Join us for an empowering night of breaking down period taboos.🩸👀

​Kate Chambers, pelvic floor physiotherapist, will be leading an interactive educational session about all things menstrual cycle. Teens will walk away with a custom pouch of period essentials to keep with them at school or on the go! 🎒

​This event is also in partnership with Orenda Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the well-being of youth, families, and individuals through a range of programs.

​Please note, this is an event designed for teens - we welcome all parents to participate with their teens, we ask that all parents/guardians register their own names as well. We also suggest wearing comfortable clothing as there will be a movement portion to the workshop.
