🧘🏻♂️Your hosts:
👩🦰 Claudia Toderean-Dascălu, currently a Learning & Development Specialist at Samskip, is an organizational psychologist and ICF-certified coach with more than a decade of experience in L&D. As a former EVS volunteer at the Olde Vechte Foundation in The Netherlands, she came across and fell in love with embodiment as a way to learn and was inspired by great embodiment facilitators like Afonso Bertolo and Andreas Hannes. Upon returning to Romania, she designed and delivered a series of embodiment workshops in several different cities.
👱🏻♀️Lexi Nechita is currently designing learning experiences for educators and other professionals, creating online courses, curating educational programs, and building communities of practice. With over a decade of experience in learning and development across corporate, startup, and NGO environments, she has explored a wide range of formats and audiences — but education has always been the common thread. With a background in psychology and a deep curiosity for how people grow, she blends instructional design, facilitation, and strategy, and brings a values-driven, learner-centered approach to every space she holds — often with a sprinkle of humor and a deep respect for the human experience. A few years ago, she discovered the world of embodiment and was deeply impacted by how movement and presence can shape the way we learn and connect.
Our special guest, connecting remotely from Tilburg, The Netherlands:
👩🏻Lena Nasiakou believes that “Moving is our brain’s favourite way of learning”. She holds a Master's in Lifelong Learning, is an EMCC-accredited Coach and Embodied learning expert and loves turning dry training into learning people actually get - and use!
In 2017 she founded Lena’s Moves and partners with global organisations like Netflix, H&M, Nippon Express, Johnson & Johnson to strategically create non-boring learning programs so new hires ramp up quickly, leaders grow, early talent stays, compliance mistakes are minimised — and training capacity scales to meet business demands.
