Dana
In Buddhist tradition, our space is given freely as the teachings are considered priceless. We accept dana (generosity from the heart) to support the sangha. We appreciate RSVP, but are holding this space for walk-ins as well, provided there's room.
What to Expect
A weekly space to learn and practice the teachings of the Buddha through conversation, meditation and community. Joseph facilitates. The first half of the evening is a brief grounding meditation followed by discussion of weekly dharma. The last 30 minutes will be briefly guided meditation followed by several minutes of silence.
