Every month, we'll pick a new restaurant and make a small group reservation.
Everyone will cover their own tab, so enjoy whatever your heart (and taste buds) desire. 💸
Since spots are limited, please only register if you 100% plan on attending.
No-shows or cancellations less than 1 day in advance will be subject to a charge of $25 per person.

After a five-year hiatus, one of San Francisco’s most beloved Vietnamese restaurants has returned—Bodega SF, a reimagining of the Tenderloin’s iconic Bodega Bistro. Now located at 138 Mason Street, this multi-generational family restaurant blends Northern Vietnamese tradition with modern technique, heartfelt hospitality, and a serious dose of style. 🇻🇳✨
Led by Matt Ho, whose father and uncles originally ran Bodega Bistro for 14 years, the new Bodega SF is a tribute to the original and a bold new chapter. What began as a series of nostalgic pop-ups and meal kits during the pandemic has now evolved into a sit-down experience where Chef Ho’s uncle runs the kitchen, and his parents are back behind the scenes. Think comfort food—with precision, purpose, and polish. 🍜🔥
The brunch and lunch menu offers warm memories on a plate, with returning favorites like Shaking Beef, Hoi An Chicken Rice, and Dry Hu Tieu, alongside housemade pho and shareable starters. For dinner, expect specialties like Bun Cha, Banh Cuon, and Cha Ca (butterflied branzino with dill and turmeric), all artfully plated and hard to find elsewhere in the city.
And now—with the addition of a bar—Bodega SF has even more to celebrate. Sip on Club Bodega (rum, pandan, lemon) or go bold with One Night in Saigon (Hennessy, Vietnamese coffee, Fernet foam). Non-alcoholic options include house-pressed sugar cane juice and calamansi refreshers. 🍹🌿
