Startup Funding Competition

​Join us on May 2nd, 2024, at the Aula Polivalente (USI Campus Est, Sector A) from 5:30 PM to 9 PM for the inaugural Startup Funding Competition. Organized by the Student Business Club and supported by the USI Startup Centre and Privilège Student Ventures, this event promises to revolutionize the traditional pitch competition format.

6 selected startups will present their ideas in front of the audience and will answer the questions asked by the jury members.

​Innovative voting mechanism 🗳️
After the presentation, the audience will be given the unique opportunity to invest virtual capital in the startups of their choice. This empowers attendees to experience the enthusiastic startup investor role.

​The winners 🚀
The first winner will be determined by the cumulative investments made by the audience and the second winner will emerge from the sum of investments made by our esteemed panel of judges.

​Network apero 🍹
Following the award ceremony, attendees will have the chance to unwind and network during an aperitivo. This will also provide a fantastic opportunity to connect with the startups at their respective stands, allowing for further discussion, collaboration, and potential investment opportunities.
