​We're on a mission to get people hired into better jobs. We initially prioritized the Key Results method to lead the Roadmap community to astounding job offers, raises, and promotions. Given recent changes in the job market, we are now prioritizing the Fail, Success, and Offer Criteria methodology (don't worry, we're keeping the Key Results method too!)

​💡 Companies have Fail, Success, and Offer Criteria that are determined based on candidate behavior throughout the interview process. Most of us who participate in the hiring process - as recruiters, hiring managers, leadership - aren't consciously aware of this criteria, but as career strategists it helps us master the hiring process so that Roadmap community can land jobs. In current market conditions, candidates must be aware of Offer Criteria, and take steps throughout their job search process to create new offer criteria.
