Meet the Speaker:
Becca King, MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who helps adults with ADHD break free from chronic dieting, binge eating, and body shame. With lived experience as an ADHDer, she uses an intuitive eating and Health at Every Size approach to support her clients in building a healthier relationship with food. Her work has reached a wide audience through her virtual practice and her growing Instagram community @adhd.nutritionist.
