Difficulty level: Beginner / Intermediate
Equipment: No mats needed. Please come in workout clothes and bring a bottle of water.
Structure:
Group social warmup: Let’s get to know each other.
Move through two workout sections: Tabata and Power Yoga.
Finish with a group cooldown and a big sweaty photo together. Exchange contacts, make friends.
