Trauma-informed training for HLS Staff

​HLS Human Resources welcomes staff to join a 90-minute workshop, led by Harvard Office for Gender Equity’s SHARE Counselors Claire Geruson and Greta Spoering, on the topic of how staff can support and refer students (and other staff members) in moments of crisis and significant uncertainty as well as attend to vicarious trauma and prevent burnout.

​​This in-person session aims to share and process professional experiences and learn tools for assisting others in distress while also taking care of ourselves.  All HLS staff are welcome, particularly staff who interface with students.

​A grab-and-go lunch will be provided.
