SantaBGathers Sound Bath

​60-minute group designed to help reset your nervous system. This group is great for moms who are feeling anxious, overstimulated, or just in need of some good nourishment.

​We’ll gather at a peaceful avocado ranch in Carpinteria for a calming sound bath led by Sasha McPherson, LMFT, PMH-C & Sound Bath Facilitator. Her mission is supporting moms in feeling seen, nurtured, and more like themselves.

​This is a gentle, intimate gathering designed to restore your inner calm and connection.

​This event is designed as a peaceful, restorative experience for adults only. We kindly ask that babies and children stay home so attendees can fully unwind and enjoy this time for themselves.

• ​If fewer than 5 register, the event will be canceled and refunds will be issued (minus the processing fee).

• ​Guests will be notified at least 24 hours in advance in the event of cancellation.
