​​​Participants agree to release and hold harmless the host from any claims arising out of their participation in the event.

By attending the event, participants agree to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission for these images to be used in marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to online, print, and social media platforms, to promote the activities and initiatives of EyePop.ai.
