About Event

Just breathe – and unlock your full potential! 🪷

Join us, the MUN Centenarians for an energizing breathwork workshop with Markus Baumhäckel!

Are you curious about how simple breathing techniques can boost your physical and mental health? This is your chance to explore both well-known and lesser-known methods and learn from someone who’s combined both high-level coaching with deep academic curiosity.

What to expect

🌬️ Breathwork inspired by the Wim Hof Method – and beyond
🧠 A short talk by Markus on psychology, physiology & resilience
🧘 Ground-based breath exercises

What to bring

If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it.
A towel you can lie on works equally well. 😇

Meet your guide

Markus Baumhäckel – student of philosophy at the University of Regensburg and passionate about the science of mind and body. He’s danced among the top 10 globally, coached elite handball players and dancers, and now shares his knowledge in health optimization through breathwork.
