Dog Foster/Adoption | South LA Shelter

​SUNDAY FUNDAY is back 12/15 from 1-3pm at the South LA Dog Shelter. Your volunteers at @FosterSouthLA will be putting on a 2 hour event to meet & greet with over 200 dogs waiting at the shelter to be fostered or adopted.

​If you're not ready to adopt, fostering is a GREAT way to make a life-changing difference in a dog's life and give them a temporary home so they are away from the shelter, can learn good skills, and can feel the love again. We provide you with all the supplies to foster, have weekly support calls, and promote your dog so they can get adopted.

​I know that seeing dogs in shelters can be very sad, but if just 200 people decided NOT to turn a blind eye and instead say 'Actually I'm going to open up my home and help", then the shelter would be empty and all these dogs would be so happy!
