From Corporate to Coach: Build Your Dream Portfolio Career
Having an MBA and coach training is a powerful combination but figuring out how to bring them together can feel like a puzzle.
How do you balance coaching with your corporate expertise?
Should you lead with your strategist side, or focus on pure coaching?
What does it even mean to run a solopreneur business?
How do you find and position yourself for the kind of meaningful, well-paid work you want to do with impactful leaders?
You might feel stuck in questions like these. Maybe you’re worried your offer isn’t “there” yet, or you feel like others are already ahead of you. Maybe you’re wondering if you’ll earn enough, or if you’re even qualified to do this work.
You’re not alone. And it’s not about having all the answers right now—it’s about finding the ones that are right for you.
Who This Retreat Is For
This weekend is for women MBAs who’ve trained as coaches and are navigating what it means to bring coaching into their work.
You’ve been coaching while working full-time and want to explore what it would take to go independent.
Or, you’ve already transitioned to running your own practice and are ready to grow it into something sustainable and thriving in 2025.
This isn’t about honing coaching skills—it’s about focusing on the business of coaching. How do you position yourself in the market? What services make sense for you to offer? How do you price your work and attract the right clients, while staying true to who you are?
What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of the weekend, you’ll have:
A clear understanding of how your skills, vision, and the market fit together.
A refreshed product-market fit that reflects the work you actually want to do.
Practical strategies for building your business in 2025.
Confidence in your unique career path and how to communicate it.
