The time you spend to set your week up with intention is an investment into your own success and ease. This isn't just about what you will accomplish but how you want to feel while doing it.
With clear intentions, we are more effective, focused, and have the opportunity to enjoy ourselves a whole lot more.
Otherwise, it's easy for the weeks to tumble into one another.
In this month's community call, we will experience a short breathwork exercise before diving into setting our intentions for the week ahead.
