Yoga in the Park – Monday, May 26 at 18:00
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m hosting a series of free, mental/emotional health–inspired events to help us slow down, reconnect, and care for ourselves and each other.
This one is a yoga session in the park, guided by Maugane. We’ll flow through a grounding, heart-opening sequence suitable for all levels — designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and intentions.
We’re gathering on Monday, May 26 at 18:00, the night of the New Moon in Gemini — a powerful time for reflection, clarity, and planting seeds for what you want to call in next.
This event is free and open to everyone. Spots are limited, so please RSVP to save yours.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or towel
• Layers (it might get cooler later)
• Blanket (for warmth during savasana)
• Water
• Journal + pen (optional, for intention-setting)
