​​Jathavan Sriram — Senior Solutions Architect at NVIDIA

​Born in Germany with Sri Lankan Tamil roots, Jathavan Sriram is driven by a clear mission: to build secure and reliable IT systems that meet global standards. Now a Senior Solutions Architect at NVIDIA, he brings over 15 years of experience helping companies in industries like media, automotive, manufacturing, and retail solve complex technology challenges. He leads international teams and works directly with customers to plan, build, and manage advanced IT infrastructure using cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

​Jathavan is passionate about helping people grow, committed to creating a work culture centered on learning and development.

​Lucy Larbi — Agility+ coach and business consultant, co-Founder of AiDiA and Akan Afrofusion

​With one heart rooted in Ghanaian heritage and the other shaped by life in Germany, Lucy Larbi bridges cultures through leadership, future-oriented thinking, and community impact. As an Agility+ coach and business consultant, she guides companies through agile transformations, turning complexity into clarity and strategic growth.

​Growing up in Hamburg, Lucy later studied across four countries and launched her career with development projects in Algeria and Ethiopia. Returning to Germany, she founded BOLDLY in 2015, empowering Black individuals through self-actualization. In 2020, she created AiDiA, now Germany’s largest Business & Culture event, elevating underrepresented innovators, and co-founded Akan Afrofusion, Germany’s first West African fusion restaurant.

​The aim of this event is to bring together young professionals from an immigration background to learn, share and connect around the topic of diversity in tech and startup entrepreneurship.
