We're excited to welcome Lena Kul, a Recruitment Leader specializing in Product Design and UXR hiring across Senior IC (Senior/Lead/Staff) and Leadership (Managers/Directors) levels. She led recruitment at Miro, where she built a top design team in Europe by bringing 30+ senior talented individuals from the FAANG companies and other leading brands.

​She now runs kuːl, a successful boutique recruitment and job search advising agency that helps product designers and UX researchers of all levels excel in their job searches and career transitions.
