About Event

Take a moment to relax and unwind with restorative music and art!

This event will be hosted at the Journey Clinical offices by Laura Foxx & Miriam Kagan - both Creative Arts Therapists in NYC. This will be an opportunity to meet fellow practitioners in community, enjoy a sound bath, and engage with your creativity through a gentle guided art experience.

🎨 We will begin promptly so arrive on time at 7pm if you can
🎶 If possible, please consider bringing a yoga mat. Some extras will be available at the office on a first come first served basis.
