​What makes a development financially viable- or not? Join Open New York members Bobby Gorrill and Jesse Lang for a hands-on workshop that demystifies how housing projects are financed.

​This session will give you a clearer understanding of the trade-offs in housing development, as well as practical language to use when engaging with community boards and elected officials. You'll even get to try your hand at pulling the financial levers to make an example project pencil out.
