


Fall Into Yourself with Tips to Build a Self-Care Plan
As the air cools and the days grow shorter, fall invites us to slow down, release what no longer serves us and tend to our inner well-being. This month’s Unmuted series is an opportunity to pause, check in with yourself and gently embrace the shift of the season with intention and care.
We’ll explore:
Recognizing and naming difficult emotions without judgment
Identifying your current stressors and their impact on your mind and body
Practicing self-soothing techniques for balance and calm
Creating a fall wellness toolkit and self-care plan to support you through seasonal changes
Bring your tea, your blanket, and your whole self. Together, we’ll root into the season’s slower rhythm, gathering what nourishes us and letting go of what we’ve outgrown.
