👟 CNY Women’s Network Presents: CNY Women’s Walking Club
Join us for our 2025 season of the CNY Women's Walking Club, a movement-focused meetup designed to help you start your Sundays with connection, conversation, and fresh air.
We meet every Sunday morning from May through October, hosting three local walks each month that rotate between Fayetteville, Liverpool, and Camillus. Once a month, we host a women's hike at scenic destinations across Central New York, like Clark Reservation State Park, Watkins Glen State Park, and more.
June 15th Itinerary:
7:30-8:15 AM: Coffee Meetup at Freedom of Espresso in Fayetteville
8:20-9:15 AM: Brisk 3 mi. Walk from Freedom of Espresso led by Alex Canavan, founder of the CNY Women's Network
Each walk and hike is a moment to:
Move your body and clear your mind
Spark conversation and build new connections
Discover local businesses that share your values
Reconnect with yourself in nature
Whether you're looking to reset, make new friends, or build movement into your weekly routine, this is a welcoming space to do it with like-minded women across Central New York.
