About Event
If you like chess or programming, this event is for you! Come join us either individually or as a team to program the strongest possible python chess bot and enter a tournament against other bots to win prizes! No prior experience will be required, and participants of all skill levels (chess and coding) can participate. Food will be provided!
We are official event hosts with Waterloo Tech Week 2025, a celebration of what’s been built here, and what’s still to come. We’re building something great together. September 8-11, 2025.
