With over 25+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, and finance, David has a strong background and knowledge in corporate structuring, strategic planning, budgeting, business execution, internal controls, and tax. David has also helped to incorporate more than 1,000+ entities in Singapore. David has successfully managed and developed Automa8e, a leading accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial software firm, as the CEO and Director, overseeing multiple projects, professional firms and businesses across various industries and sectors. David has also acquired and maintained multiple certifications and qualifications in my field, including Chartered Accountant Singapore and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

​Glenn is the CEO and Co-Founder of Zavior, focusing on regulations and cybersecurity, helping businesses achieve compliance with data protection laws and security standards. He also guides companies in obtaining ISO and regulatory certifications. Glenn serves on the boards of several trade organizations, including the Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce and the International IP Commercialisation Council.

​Previously, Glenn held leadership roles at Tessaract.io, where he worked with professional services firms on technical and sales solutions. He also has experience in venture capital and corporate innovation, leading initiatives at TNB Ventures in areas such as IoT, cybersecurity, and real estate.​

​​About Vidushan

​​​​Vidushan Premathiratne is a seasoned investment banker and fintech entrepreneur with 15 years of experience. Vidushan is a founder multiple businesses from a boutique investment advisory / data analytics firm, cash management and Web3 Tokenization. He has provided strategic financial guidance to startups, SMEs, and corporates. He also established a community platform called "8 Circle" for businesses to easily set up and succeed in Singapore. With a strong background in fintech, including successful venture capital investment in his ventures, Vidushan specializes in M&A, equity portfolios, and fintech solutions. He holds a B.Eng., an MBA, CFA, CMA, CGBA and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.
