Who should attend?
Our programmes are aimed at intellectually curious people who feel they want to get more out of their working lives. Typical programme attendees are:
People from professional sectors like banking, legal, medical, teaching, marketing etc..
People who've taken career breaks or who've been made redundant and want to explore other options
People who are happy to stay in the same role, but want to build up more of a portfolio career and explore developing other skill sets
People who've been in a job for a number of years simply feel bored and as though their career isn't as fulfilling as it once was
Our particular focus is on supporting people's career as they age as this is traditionally a demographic that gets very little career development support. We do have people in their 20's and 30's on our programmes (indeed we welcome them) but understand we share the science of ageing and the benefits and value this brings.
What will the session cover?
We will detail our approach and what the programme covers. Many are cynical (with good reason) about the value of career coaching so first off we want to reassure you of our credentials and why we take the approach we do.
You'll learn more about us and who we are - why we are doing this and what difference we've made to people like you.
Whilst this is a structured workshop, we do build in space and time to meet each other and share some of what you'll find will be common issues.
Whether you decide not to join the programme or not, you'll leave having felt you've learned something and you will have met some other interesting people.
