​Emilia Åstrom is a learning experience designer and facilitator, specializing in helping organizations achieve transformation through collaborative learning. At Howspace, she facilitates communities for transformation leaders and L&D professionals, creating spaces for connection, shared learning, and human-centered approaches to change.

​With a background in learning experience design and facilitation, Emilia has worked with organizations, teams, and individuals to navigate complex transformations in the areas of design, digital collaboration, and inclusion. After spending a decade in Buenos Aires, she has returned to Stockholm, bringing her global perspective and hands-on approach to helping others grow and thrive.
