Intro
Rucking, or walking with load, is a Special Forces choice of transportation over varied terrain, and for obvious tactical reasons.
Tactical Athletes (TactAthletes) are urban warriors who live by the ethos of camaraderie, mental resilience and never-say-die attitude. We gather at various locations around Singapore, as we ruck with load, and build indomitable spirit and unparalleled fitness, in small groups.
Once a month, on weekends, the fraternity of Tactical Athletes will gather to ruck from different areas around Singapore, with unknown distances, routes and unknown destinations. This sense of unknown is meant to build mental toughness - as we become comfortable being uncomfortable.
After the ruck, feel free to bond over food and drinks, with your newly found buddies.
Workout Attire
BLACK t-shirt
BLACK/Multicam/Camouflaged/Tactical PANTS/TIGHTS/SHORTS.
Covered shoes or boots with socks. No slippers/sandals.

Pack 1 - Backpack/Weighted Vest
Pack 2 - Water Bottle/Hydration Bladder (with at least 2 litres of water)
Pack 3 - Electrolytes
Pack 4 - Spare change of clothes (in a Ziplock bag)
Pack 5 - Mobile phone with power bank and charging wire
Pack 6 - Cash/Credit Cards
Pack 7 - Personal First Aid Kit, with inhaler or medication as needed (optional)
