Andrea Lakeman-Ford - Curious Minds Coaching

I work with people who feel stuck, anxious or overwhelmed to show them how to manage and calm their mind and body so that they can live great lives!  I do this using coaching, breathwork and body techniques.

I work from the stance that to manage and overcome feelings of anxiety and overwhelm we must work with the mind AND the body and connect mind and body again. Often, this is difficult for clients who have experienced anxiety for some time, as they have disconnected from the feelings in their body so that they can cope. This is why I teach these techniques on a programme basis, so that I can provide support with the reconnection and we can do it gently.

I am accredited at associate level by the International Coaching Federation as a professional coach and through the International Breathwork Foundation as a Breathwork Facilitator and am a Reiki level 2 practitioner.

What I’ll do on the night:

I will explain how good functional breathing is the foundation to managing feelings of anxiety of overwhelm. We’ll try some different breathing techniques to explore this concept a bit further.

Carolyn Sweeney - Hair Loss Expert & Scalp Spa Specialist

Carolyn Sweeney, owner of Creations Hair Salon in Chichester, is a highly trained hair loss expert and Scalp Spa Specialist with Creations Hair Salon. Carolyn will be discussing the challenges of hair loss and some of the solutions on the market.
