​Ever felt curious about women’s circles but not sure what to expect?

​Worried you “don’t know how to dance”?

​Spoiler: You don’t need to. You just need a body and a willingness to move it a little (or a lot)!

​This playful, grounding Virgo New Moon is the perfect time to try something new—to clear your mental clutter, reset your energy, and reconnect with yourself through joyful, intentional movement.

​🌿 WHEN: August 24th 7PM TO 9PM 

​🌿 WHERE: Franny’s Mercato, Meaford ON

​🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT:

​• No choreography—just free, feel-good movement

​• A supportive group of women

​• Music, breath, sound bath and a sprinkle of ritual

​• You, moving at your own pace, just as you are

​We will have time to connect with others while enjoying a light snack and refreshment provided by Franny.
