Community co-creation workshop w/Aušrinė

​At our last community workshop, we talked about the idea of “co-creating” communities: building communities with our members rather than just for them.

As community leaders, we often feel like we need to continually lead and manage our communities, even when it’s exhausting. But the more we share that power with our members, the more fulfilment both we and our community members can find.

​Aušrinė Keršanskaitė, our head of ops and cofounder of Ops Stories and Operation Nation, has some great experience in doing just this with her communities and will lead us in a presentation and workshop sessions on it.

Ideally, you have a community or group that you manage or influence the development of, but we believe in being open and inclusive, so even if that's not you, you're more than welcome to join, listen and learn.

What to expect
We'll have a small group (≈ 10 people) and aim to start the workshop within five minutes (no worries if you need to join late or leave early though).
