Hosted by two seasoned entrepreneurs and business leaders, we will gather in a private room in a beautiful local restaurant for a facilitated and transformational conversation around leadership.
What to expect?
During this inspirational dinner, we will have a real, shared, facilitated, meaningful conversation together around the art of leadership in “crisi-tunity” - or turning challenges into opportunity.
The format is similar in style to the famous “Jeffersonian dinners,” but with a unique approach developed by coach Justin Perkins through his thousands of hours researching leadership, entrepreneurship, the human mind, and working with dozens of leaders on a wide array of complex issues as an executive coach.
In past dinners, leaders have walked away with new insights, meaningful relationships for future collaboration, and one of the most memorable dinners they have ever had due to the depth of connection.

Facilitated by Justin Perkins, a seasoned founder and mentor from Boulder, Colorado, his Founders Oasis dinners create an intimate space for breakthrough collaboration, connection and reflection.
Justin recently moved to Germany after 25 years in five different industries in the US, and guides business leaders and teams around the world to higher performance through conscious leadership, behavior change, nature retreats and creating healthy cultures of innovation. Before joining TX Ventures as a VC, Laurent spent over a decade as a founder, building Monito into a global platform that helps millions of migrants and expats make smarter financial decisions. Laurent knows firsthand the challenges of scaling a startup—finding product-market fit, growing a team, and navigating the ups and downs of the entrepreneurial journey.

Investment:
The coaching and facilitation are complimentary - the cost of the dinner and restaurant space will be approximately 100-125 CHF's passed through to attendees.
This will be an alcohol free event in support of cultivating authentic connection.
