Uncorked Narratives

​"Uncork" the stories hidden in your senses by combining social wine tasting and creative writing. In this one-of-a-kind workshop, you'll taste several seasonal wines and enjoy an array of accompanying snacks and bites, while allowing the aroma, taste, textures, and sights of your surroundings to transport you to specific memories. On this sensory journey, each sip of wine invites you to explore and reconnect with emotions and experiences from your past.

​We'll start the workshop with a grounding moment to connect to the space and each other. Then, we'll complete several challenging yet empowering writing prompts and journaling sessions, all while sipping delicious wines. We'll conclude with one final prompt, where you'll learn to translate the sensations of taste, scent, and texture into vivid narratives.

​Whether you're looking to deepen your creative practice or your appreciation of the grape, Sip & Scribe offers a fun, thought-provoking experience for writers and wine lovers alike to enjoy a new way of storytelling.

​No prior writing or wine experience is necessary. Bring a notebook, pen, and a curiosity for flavor and memory.

​IMPORTANT NOTES: All tickets are final sale. We are a shoes-off, socks-required space; please bring your own socks or we have some for purchase for $1. Our events are geared towards connection through creativity; for many, you will be sitting around shared tables. Unfortunately, during ticketed events, we are unable to accommodate any children/babies under 5 years of age. Dogs are also not permitted at events. Upon entering our space you are consenting to photography/videography that may be used for promotional purposes.
