About this session: Porter Braswell, Co-Founder & CEO of Jopwell, will share how companies can build a more diverse and inclusive workforce. He will share why diversity matters and how founders can begin to champion diversity and inclusion within their startups. He believes that if founders (and leaders) truly care about this issue, they can first begin to reflect these values by designing thoughtful hiring processes that are both intentional and authentic.

After Porter's fireside chat, you will have the opportunity to ask your question during our live audience Q&A.
