LisboaUX #2 — Design applied in Education Products
Welcome to LisboaUX! We're closing the year with 2 special talks about design applied in edtech and education products. Come join us! We're building a place where beginner and seasoned designers can come to share, to learn and to laugh together. Join our community on Slack.
Get to know the journey of Class of Wonders - from a passionate team with no product background but a clear purpose to transform education, to a disruptive EdTech startup impacting thousands of children's learning experiences. Along the way, Joana will share the design process Class of Wonders is refining, how they involve their users from research to testing, and the biggest lessons they have learned on how to develop products with impact.
How is ubbu’s design empowering teachers to teach coding, even without prior experience. We’ll look at how thoughtful, intuitive design is helping educators navigate challenges like unreliable internet and complex tech, while aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals, hoping young minds understand how to use tech for good. ubbu’s mission is about transforming the classroom and shaping future innovators. Our heros? Are our teachers.
We partnered with multiple restaurants across town and booked tables for 6 people after the talks, so you can get to know the speakers, our team and other designers, and have more meaningful conversations that go beyond UX.
