Women in Cleantech and Sustainability (WCS) is a vibrant network empowering women in the green economy. With over 5,000 global members, WCS hosts events like WCS Talks, a TED-style conference highlighting women’s achievements in cleantech. Parul Sharma, co-lead of the WCS San Francisco Chapter, brings over 20 years of expertise in digital strategies and product management. She recently led the development of digital products and enhanced grassroots power at the Sierra Club. Additionally, Parul serves on the boards of nonprofits like Save the Redwoods League and Water4Life, focusing on aligning technology with community needs for a sustainable future.
The Greenhouse is a collaborative innovation ecosystem that empowers women to take an Earth-centric and feminine approach to climate innovation through its community and cohort programs. Greenhouse co-founder and workshop co-creator Anya Lamb brings over a decade of product and marketing expertise from companies including LinkedIn, DroneDeploy and Pachama, complemented by her Stanford education in Atmosphere/Energy and skills as a coach and facilitator dedicated to unlocking human potential in climate problem-solving.
Gretchen Kish, Founder of Climate Innovation Project, an innovation strategy lab accelerating the transition to a circular economy, and helping organizations move from vision to impact. Gretchen has 2 decades of experience leading design strategy, research and innovation. She has worked for giant tech companies, tiny startups and large philanthropic organizations, designing innovative products and services, orchestrating and facilitating global collaboration to solve the toughest world problems through design, and charting north star vision for the Global Service Design Network.
