Weekly R&R (Review & Reflections) - Playfully explore your world and gain momentum
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”—Carl Jung
Intention
Weekly R&R is a gentle, playful space to reflect and journal together with friends.
Come along at 6pm on Sunday evenings and take the time to review your life, make your plans and create your future self as the sun sets and the beautiful backdrop of Bangkok's skyline starts to twinkle.
How it works
Never reflected before? We've got you covered. We have a free template to guide your thoughts and explore your world in a deeply meaningful way. Categorised into a few core areas and timeframes, it helps you zoom in and out and understand what's been happening in life:
1. PAST WEEK
Energy & Creation: What energised/drained you; What did you create
Growth & Reflection: Key spiritual/emotional developments; Current life philosophy
Freedom Check: Ways you felt free/constrained; Progress towards freedom
2. UPCOMING WEEK
Challenges & Growth: Planned actions that frighten you; Self-love opportunities
Core Goals: Start/Stop/Continue decisions; Personal/Work/Health priorities
Practical Planning: Diary review; Schedule deep work, connections, new experiences
3. FUTURE GROWTH
Community Sharing: Successes, challenges, next steps
Support Needs: Specific requests for help or enrichment
Action Items: Freedom steps, spiritual development, material creation
Or, feel free to freestyle and use your own way of reflecting.
What to expect
Come along to our Weekly R&R gathering at 6pm on Sunday
We'll begin with a 5 minute meditation to arrive in the space
Then we have 50 minutes of quiet time to individually reflect on ourselves and our week with no distractions
After our individual reflections, we come together and share the following with the group:
What went well?
What were your challenges?
What you're focusing on next week?
Ask of the week
The group are invited to playfully explore and discuss each others reflections with a deep sense of curiosity and encouragement.
People often share that they find it really helpful to share what's been happening in their lives, and they often come away feeling a sense of being seen, knowing others out there are experiencing similar things.
What to bring
Please bring along a notepad or laptop for the best experience. Phones are too distracting. Feel free to support the venue by purchasing something, however, there's no pressure to do so.
