6:00 PM - 6:30 PM | Arrivals & Check-In
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM | Ping Pong Tournament Commences
Knock-out style matches begin.
Four matches play simultaneously across four tables in 20-minutes.
7:30 PM - 8:00 PM | Intermission & Networking Break
Refresh at the bar, enjoy music, Giant Jenga, and conversation.
Hosts will update tournament brackets and prep Round 5.
8:00 PM – 8:40 PM | Quarterfinals & Semifinals
Winners from previous rounds continue in knockout format in the quarterfinals and semifinals, leading up to the finals.
8:40 PM - 9:00 PM | Finals
Finals match to crown the Ping Pong Champion!
Crowd gathers for the finalists and cheering session.
9:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Open Play & Networking
Celebrate the winner (Prize TBD)! 🎉
Ping pong tables open up for casual matches.
