Free EOS Training - Core Model & Tools

​This 90-minute instructional workshop is conducted for ONE company - yours IF your company is privately held and has 15 to 250 employees. Once you register, I will contact you so that we can invite the WHOLE of your leadership team. (It's everyone or nobody because everyone needs to be on the same page).

​You'll hear a brief history of EOS, learn about the model and Six Key Components of highly successful businesses, and we'll discuss the two tools or disciplines used to become strong in these six key components (12 tools/disciplines).

​Then, we'll take a deeper dive into some of the key Foundational Tools (there are five), based on your unique needs -- enough to get the ball rolling for your company.

​It's all free, and there's no sales pitch. My requirements are that it MUST include your entire leadership/executive team and everyone needs to come with an open mind. You need to be open, honest, and growth-oriented. Your time and energy are valuable, as are mine.
