You're invited to a deeply restorative and empowering evening devoted to nervous system healing—a space to reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and return to your natural state of ease.
This experience weaves together the wisdom of Radiant Body Yoga—a powerful fusion of vinyasa, ashtanga, breathwork, and kundalini kriya—with the gentle, trauma-informed principles of Somatic Experiencing, and the vibrational medicine of sound healing using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.
🌿 What You'll Receive:
A full-body Radiant Body Yoga practice to awaken energy, build strength, and gently stimulate the vagus nerve—activating your body’s capacity to regulate from within.
Somatic healing tools to help you release held tension, renegotiate trauma stored in the nervous system, and build greater capacity for presence and safety in your body.
Nervous system education—a grounded, easy-to-understand overview of how your nervous system relates to anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and shutdown, and why regulating it is key to emotional and mental well-being.
Breathwork + guided meditation to help you shift into your parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state, and learn how to return there again and again in everyday life.
A soothing sound bath with gemstone crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to help your whole system unwind, realign, and deeply restore.

About Meghan: Meghan Hennessy is a social worker with over 16 years of mental health experience and a yoga teacher for the past 10 years, holding more than 900 hours of formal training. A devoted practitioner for 12 years, Meghan blends the ancient wisdom of yoga, somatic healing, modern science, and conscious living to guide others home to themselves. Her work is rooted in the heart—with a deep passion for helping others awaken to their truth, live with presence, and embody a life of love, freedom, and inner peace.
