​Pink Flamingo Dance + Pool Party.

​Friends!!!!! I HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS!

​We've restocked the swimwear rack with new bikinis and trunks + we have SO MUCH ALCOHOL left over from all the holiday parties, please come drink it.

​So we're heating up the pool to 90 degrees, adding lights and fog machines and just having a good ol-fashioned DANCE + POOL party.

​Yes we are going until 4am.

​This party will be intentionally small around 80-100 people (+ it's really cold outside!)

​ATTIRE: You must come in pool party adjacent attire. That is part of the entry requirement. That means:

• ​Bikinis or trunks underneath your clothes or separate in a bag

• ​Attire that makes you look like you just came back from Hawaii

• ​Dressed as a fish or a dolphin, or a pink flamingo

• ​Volunteer to swim as a mermaid in the pool (we have mermaid tails)

• ​Bring a pool floatie, beach ball, or palm tree

​There will of course be all the things required for a good dance party...

• ​FOOD: Brendan will smoke his World Famous BBQ.

• ​DRINKS: All night - menu designed by Trick Dog, one of the best bars in the world.

• ​MIDNIGHT champagne. And wine. We have lots of it.

• ​MUSIC: 5 DJs playing all night long - we also got a new subwoofer! We're going to take advantage of the fact that the neighbors are least likely to complain on this day to go extra fun with the music.

​HARD CAPACITY LIMIT: 120 (hosting smaller parties because it's cold outside!)
