Speakers present critical obstacles to address within 12 months and challenge the audience to develop these obstacles into one point of focus: "To achieve NYC's Health, Energy and Equity goals starting with the Bronx, a critical obstacle to collectively overcome in 12 months is __________."

Participants vote to prioritize speaker obstacle statements into one point of focus.
Strategically placed at breakout tables, participants develop and pitch a 12 month solution and 90 day sprint.
Leaders have opportunity to hold themselves accountable to deliver the 90 day sprint and 12 month solution as a volunteer Task Force for presentation at Climate Week NYC 2026.
