Salon Summer Of Nourishment: Nourish Your Inner Creative
Join us for Chapter Two of our Summer of Nourishment Series.
Creativity is an essential part of our nourishment, but fear, self-doubt, and perfectionism can often stand in the way. Artist Mauve Holt explores what it means to move past those blocks and tend to your creative spirit. Drawing from her experience as an artist living with chronic illness, Mauve shares how limitations can become openings, and how creativity can be a quiet, radical act of care. This session is an invitation to rethink what it means to be creative. Join us as we reflect on the deep, personal ways art can nourish us.
Mauve will share her new collection, “Shower Thoughts,” born from poetry and vulnerable self exploration. Each piece is a visual echo of emotional cleansing- where love, grief, and memory are rinsed and aired out through paint.
The first 50 attendees will receive a mini piece of artwork from Mauve. We will also feature a giving opportunity to support the National Adrenal Diseases Foundation. More to come!
