​Arête is a personalized and social marketplace for emerging fashion brands. Their live iOS app leverages novel machine learning techniques, gamification, and social interaction to surface relevant items and brands for each user, personalized 1:1 with a combination of individual tastes and evolving trends. They also allow users to chat directly with designers for MTO/custom pieces. The store in SoHo is an expansion on their mission, combining technology and human connectivity.
