​​​About Your Therapist Facilitator, Avni

​Avni Panchal, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, specializing in anxiety, trauma, overcoming inner critic, imposter syndrome and embracing a fulfilling and authentic life. Her workshops are strength-based centering our common humanity. Participants often appreciate the simplicity with which Avni explains concepts and leave with a sense of clarity and tangible action steps. In addition to facilitating workshops, Avni offers empowerment and relationship coaching globally. She also serves as an instructor in the Social Work Graduate Program at San Francisco State University, actively contributing to the training of social workers and mental health professionals throughout California.
