Business Owner Book Club: $100M Leads

​A bunch of us have read Alex Hormozi's $100M Leads, and use it in our businesses.

​Let's get together, share what's working, and trade notes (then carve out some time to make progress on the next thing).

​The agenda looks like this:

• ​8:00-8:30AM: Show up, grab a coffee, and chit-chat

• ​8:30-9:30AM: Discussion groups. We'll break into groups based on the particular type of growth you're focused on (content, ads, referrals, etc.). Each person shares what they've tried recently, what's worked, and what they're trying to crack.

• ​9:30-10:00AM: Take action. The last half hour is for you – after listening to other members, and thinking about your own experience, you'll have time blocked off to make early progress on whatever your next most important thing is growth-wise.

​Maybe it's re-writing some landing page copy. Maybe it's activating a new ad test. Maybe it's something else altogether. Regardless, you'll head into the office for the day with renewed clarity, momentum, and a few new friends.
