About Alan Stein
Alan Stein is the Founder & CEO of Kadima Careers, on a mission to accelerate 1 million careers by 2040.

A Columbia Business School grad, Alan spent nearly 30 years at top companies like Google, Meta, Salesforce, and American Express, rising to Global Department Head. He won Google’s Manager of the Year in 2016 and earned over $500K/year at Salesforce.

Now, he helps professionals land jobs at leading firms (Google, Apple, Microsoft, etc.), with clients averaging a $55K salary increase in just 3.4 months.

Frustrated by bias and inefficiency in hiring, Alan created the GROWTH Framework to level the playing field and help people build generational wealth.

He’s spoken at MIT, Columbia, and more. Based in Brooklyn with his family, Alan loves live music, travel (44 countries), and a good podcast.

About the Host:

Karla Fernandes is Brazilian. She started working remotely before it was a thing and became a digital nomad in 2011, living in 11 countries and learning six languages along the way.

Ten years later, she settled in her favorite place, Lucerne, Switzerland. She’s a team of one. She moves fast, and teaches others to do the same.

With 25+ years in design, she’s launched 21+ native apps solo, helped 200+ businesses, and guided 4,500+ learners to build without code.

You don’t need a dev team—just the right process.
She wants to help you START. ❤️‍🔥
