LeRobot Hackathon Munich – Guest & Partner Access
June 13–15, 2025

We’re excited to welcome our guests and partners to the Munich edition of the LeRobot Worldwide Hackathon, a global event taking place in over 100 cities. This weekend brings together developers, researchers, and innovators for hands-on collaboration with real robots and the latest in AI.
Participants will form teams, work with cutting-edge hardware like the SO-101 robotic arms, and use open-source tools and tutorials to solve real-world challenges.
The hackathon begins with a special kick-off event on June 13, where you'll have the opportunity to meet the teams, explore the venue, and hear from leaders in robotics, including representatives from Intel, NVIDIA, Robco and others.

Friday, June 13 – Kick-off & Networking
17:30: Guest and participant registration
18:00–19:20: Welcome talks from Intel, NVIDIA, Robco, and more
19:20 onwards: Networking, pizza, and team formation
Saturday, June 14 – Hacking Begins
08:00: Registration opens
09:00: Official opening with local and global hackathon welcome, rules & tools
10:00: Hackathon begins
Participants may stay overnight
Sunday, June 15 – Demos & Awards
Hacking continues throughout the day
15:00: Submission deadline for the local hackathon
15:00–15:45: First round of pitches (1 min video from each team)
16:00–16:45: Second round of pitches
17:00: Local jury announces the winning teams
By 18:00: Submissions to the global hackathon completed
