​LeRobot Hackathon Munich – Guest & Partner Access

​We’re excited to welcome our guests and partners to the Munich edition of the LeRobot Worldwide Hackathon, a global event taking place in over 100 cities. This weekend brings together developers, researchers, and innovators for hands-on collaboration with real robots and the latest in AI.

​Participants will form teams, work with cutting-edge hardware like the SO-101 robotic arms, and use open-source tools and tutorials to solve real-world challenges.

​The hackathon begins with a special kick-off event on June 13, where you'll have the opportunity to meet the teams, explore the venue, and hear from leaders in robotics, including representatives from Intel, NVIDIA, Robco and others.

​Friday, June 13 – Kick-off & Networking

• ​17:30: Guest and participant registration

• ​18:00–19:20: Welcome talks from Intel, NVIDIA, Robco, and more

• ​19:20 onwards: Networking, pizza, and team formation

​Saturday, June 14 – Hacking Begins

• ​08:00: Registration opens

• ​09:00: Official opening with local and global hackathon welcome, rules & tools

• ​10:00: Hackathon begins
  Participants may stay overnight

​Sunday, June 15 – Demos & Awards

• ​Hacking continues throughout the day

• ​15:00: Submission deadline for the local hackathon

• ​15:00–15:45: First round of pitches (1 min video from each team)

• ​16:00–16:45: Second round of pitches

• ​17:00: Local jury announces the winning teams

• ​By 18:00: Submissions to the global hackathon completed
