About Event

Ever wonder why YouTube is excited about Thorium reactors? What are fast neutrons and why we might want them? And what are the tradeoffs between large & small reactors? Have no idea what I'm talking about?

Either way, Ethan Chaleff is the perfect speaker! With a PhD in Nuclear Engineering, work experience on a novel reactor type and the ability to explain advanced physics to pretty much anyone, we're incredible lucky to have Ethan give us an overview of the state of advanced nuclear (fission) development pipeline.

This is your chance to have a better glimpse into this fascinating set of technologies with a mimosa and in your PJs.

For a taste of his talks, here's his explanation of Chernobyl: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YRPuO1RhbKo
