Kundalini Yoga Class 4
After an incredible session last term, we're thrilled to announce the return of the weekly yoga classes for Term 2, starting next week.
Kundalini yoga is practiced to activate energy, which allows it to move up and through the chakras along your spine. The class focuses on physical movements, relaxation, and meditation all accompanied by mantras. The class is taught by the UCL and yoga student, Dayana.
🧚Bring your own matt, blanket (for more coziness), and water🧚
The class is FREE and open to everyone, but registration is a must (link in bio).
It is an all-levels friendly class.
Date: Starting from Wednesday, 24th January, and continuing every Wednesday
