Moru Plushy & Fun Clay Class (This will be a test run class at a discounted price of $30. Regular price $40)
This is a fun Moru Style Plushie and Clay activity class for students 8 & up. Children under 8 years of age must accompanied by an adult, price is per each person.
The student will learn how to make a Moru Style Plushie (Plushies are made out of fur wire, no sewing needed), accessories will be available to choose and props such as “food” for the plushies will be made out of foam clay.
*Snacks and drinks available
What to expect :
Children will be dropped off at least 10 minutes before scheduled time. *Parent will need to sign the child in.
*After giving a brief summary of what we will be doing I will instruct the students to choose their preferred colors to make their plushie
*I will slowly demonstrate the steps and allow the child to follow me step by step. I will personally assist if help is needed.
*The students will be gluing tiny plastic eyes and nose on plushies with assistance.
The students will be encouraged to give the plushie a fur trim with child safety scissors to give it more shape.
*After the plushies have been groomed, the child can apply pink powered blush on plushie’s cheeks, ears and paws if they wish to.
*The student will choose from many cute accessories to add to their plushies such as hair bows, hair clips, glasses or make their own.
*During the second hour we will move on to the foam clay fun by learning how to make tiny little “food” treats, toys etc
*Students go home and tell their friends all about it! 😊
